1. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect product selection by the customer
  • dissatisfaction after use
  • minor cosmetic packaging damage caused during shipping

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • order number
  • clear photos or videos of the issue
  • description of the problem

If approved, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • or a refund at our discretion

3. Lost Packages

ChargePro is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the refund system may result in order bans and further action.
